ORDER CANCELLATION POLICY
WHEN CAN YOU CANCEL YOUR ORDER?
You may request to cancel your order before it is processed or shipped. Once your order is marked as "Processed" or "Shipped," it can no longer be canceled and must follow our Return & Refund Policy.
HOW TO REQUEST CANCELLATION
To cancel, send us an email or message with the following:
- Full Name
- Order Number
- Contact Details
- Reason for Cancellation

We will respond within 1 business day to confirm if your order is still eligible for cancellation.
WHEN CANCELLATION IS NOT ALLOWED
You cannot cancel your order if:
- The item has already been shipped or delivered.
- The product is customized, made-to-order, or part of a government procurement.
- The product has been used, opened, or damaged by the buyer.
REFUND FOR CANCELLED ORDERS
If payment was already made and the cancellation is approved:
- Refunds will be processed within 7 business days.
- Refunds will be issued via the same payment method (e.g., GCash, bank deposit).
- For credit card payments, allow 7-15 business days for reversal, depending on your provider.
GOVERNMENT AND CORPORATE ORDERS
For formal or bulk orders:
- Cancellations must follow the terms of the Purchase Order (PO) or contract.
- Any breach may result in forfeiture of deposits, supplier penalties, or blacklisting depending on the agreement.
IMPORTANT NOTES
- Kingland reserves the right to cancel orders due to stock unavailability, pricing errors, or suspicious transactions.
- Customers will be notified immediately and fully refunded if applicable.
