RETURN AND REFUND POLICY
At Kingland Marketing Company Inc., your satisfaction is our priority. We are committed to ensuring that every item you purchase meets your expectations. However, if something isn't right, we offer a fair and lawful return and refund process.
RETURN POLICY
You may request a return if:
- The item received is defective, damaged, expired, or incomplete
- The item is incorrect (wrong product delivered)
- The item delivered is not as described or significantly differs from product listing
RETURN WINDOW
- Returns must be requested within 7 calendar days from the date the item is received.
- Items must be returned in original packaging, unused (unless defective), and with complete accessories, manuals, tags, or freebies (if any).
NON-RETURNABLE ITEMS
The following are not eligible for return or refund unless they arrived damaged or defective:
- Perishable goods (e.g. food, seeds, etc.)
- Personalized or customized items
- Software or downloadable products
- Sealed items that were unsealed by the customer (e.g. ink cartridges, DVDs)
REFUND PROCESS
Once the returned item is received and inspected:
- You will be notified of approval or rejection of your refund request
- If approved, your refund will be processed via your original payment method or store credit within 7-15 business days
Note: For payments via DragonPay or bank transfer, please allow processing time based on your bank's clearing schedule.
RETURN SHIPPING
- If the item is damaged, defective, or incorrect, Kingland will shoulder the return shipping cost.
- For other reasons (e.g. change of mind), return shipping may be shouldered by the buyer, and refund may be subject to inspection and approval.
