SHIPPING AND DELIVERY POLICY

NATIONWIDE DELIVERY COVERAGE

We ship nationwide across the Philippines, including major cities and remote areas, through trusted courier and logistics partners. For government and bulk transactions, we may use our in-house delivery fleet or third-party logistics as specified in the Purchase Order.

DELIVERY TIMEFRAMES

Delivery lead time depends on item type and destination:

School & Office Supplies 3-5 business days
Appliances & Electronics 5-10 business days
Agricultural Equipment 7-14 business days
Government Contracted Items Based on contract terms
Customized Orders As agreed per quotation

Delivery lead times are counted from the date of confirmed payment or official notice to proceed.

SHIPPING METHODS

We deliver via:

  • Third-party couriers (e.g., LBC, J&T, NinjaVan, 2GO)
  • In-house logistics for select locations and bulk orders
  • Accredited logistics partners

SHIPPING FEES

Shipping fees may vary depending on:

  • Item weight and dimensions
  • Delivery location
  • Courier rates

Shipping cost is calculated at checkout or included in the contract price for government and bulk purchases.

For corporate or government transactions, FREE delivery may apply if stated in the Purchase Order.

ORDER TRACKING

Tracking numbers will be sent via email or SMS when applicable.

For government deliveries, status updates are provided through official communication channels.

DELIVERY ACCEPTANCE

To ensure smooth and secure receipt of goods:

  • Please prepare valid ID upon delivery.
  • For bulk deliveries, authorized signatories must be present.
  • Inspect items upon delivery and report damages within 24 hours.

MISSED DELIVERIES

If no one is available to receive the order:

  • Couriers will attempt redelivery (1-2 times depending on the provider).
  • Undelivered items may be returned to us; reshipping costs will be charged to the customer.

DELAYS & FORCE MAJEURE

Delivery delays may occur due to:

  • Bad weather or natural calamities
  • Transport strikes or road closures
  • Community quarantines
  • Incomplete or incorrect delivery details

We will notify you immediately of any delivery issues or rescheduling.

  • RA 7394 - Consumer Act of the Philippines
  • Applicable e-commerce guidelines under DTI and SEC regulations
  • Contract-specific terms under RA 9184 (for government clients)
