PAYMENT POLICY

ACCEPTED PAYMENT METHODS

We offer safe, flexible, and secure payment options for all our customers:

  • GCash / Maya / QR Ph
  • Bank Deposit / Online Transfer
  • BDO, BPI, Metrobank, UnionBank
  • Cash on Delivery (COD) - for selected items and areas only
  • Credit / Debit Card - via accredited payment gateways
  • Government Disbursement Vouchers - for LGU, DepEd, and agency purchases
  • DragonPay and other partner payment gateways (coming soon)

For customers who prefer direct bank payments, please deposit your payment to our official corporate bank account:

We do not store any credit card or banking information on our servers.

PAYMENT TERMS

Transaction Type Payment Policy
Retail Orders Full payment before processing or COD (if eligible)
Bulk Orders 50% down payment, 50% upon delivery (unless otherwise agreed)
Government Procurement As per RA 9184 terms: billing upon full delivery or as stated

Note: Down payment terms for private clients may vary based on quotation or agreement.

OFFICIAL RECEIPTS & BILLING

  • Official Receipts (ORs) are issued for all payments received.
  • For government clients, we provide Billing Statements and complete supporting documents (e.g., Delivery Receipt, Sales Invoice, Inspection Reports).

PAYMENT CONFIRMATION

  • For manual payments (e.g., bank deposit, GCash), send proof via email or upload page.
  • Order processing begins only after payment confirmation by our accounting team.

LATE / FAILED PAYMENTS

  • Late payments may delay order processing and affect delivery timelines.
  • Failed or reversed payments will require re-settlement before order proceeds.
  • For bulk or contract orders, non-payment may result in cancellation or legal action.

FRAUD NOTICE

We do not request OTPs, credit card details, or banking access via call, SMS, or email.

All official transactions must go through our verified channels only.
