We ship nationwide across the Philippines, covering Luzon, Visayas, and Mindanao through our trusted logistics partners.

Delivery times vary depending on your location and product availability:

SHIPPING FEES

Shipping fees will be calculated at checkout based on item weight, volume, and delivery location. For bulk or custom orders, we may provide special arrangements.

DELIVERY PARTNERS

We use reputable delivery and courier services, which may include:

• J&T Express
• 2GO
• Kingland In-house Delivery (selected areas)

Tracking numbers will be provided as soon as the item is shipped.

ORDER PROCESSING

Orders are processed within 1-2 business days after payment confirmation. Orders made on weekends or holidays will be processed on the next business day.

BULK & GOVERNMENT ORDERS

For government and corporate deliveries:

• We follow agreed-upon timelines per purchase order (PO).
• We provide Delivery Receipts (DR), Sales Invoices (SI), and/or Acknowledgment Receipts (AR) as required.
• Dedicated customer support will coordinate logistics and compliance documentation.

DELIVERY DELAYS

FAILED DELIVERY
